German metalcore powerhouse Annisokay are back with their brand-new single “Splinters”, further cementing their reputation as one of Europe’s most exciting heavy acts. Formed in Halle (Saale) in 2007, the band has built an impressive legacy across six major releases — including the acclaimed Abyss Pt I & II EPs and five full-length albums — each pushing their sound and reach to new heights.
Their steady rise has been reflected on the charts, with Enigmatic Smile (2015) debuting at #68, Devil May Care (2016) at #74, Arms (2018) climbing to #26, and Aurora (2021) breaking into the Top 20 in Germany at #18 while also hitting #49 in Switzerland. On the streaming front, Abyss Pt I & II together have racked up over 36 million Spotify streams, with the band now boasting more than 480,000 monthly listeners worldwide.
Renowned for their explosive live presence, Annisokay recently took their energy to new levels with the Abyss Pt II Europe Tour — the biggest headline run of their career, spanning 30 shows across 14 countries — and their largest festival appearances to date at Summer Breeze and Wacken Open Air.
